The dessert made with bacio dough with coconut milk and a surprise inside: green grapes.

Recipe for 4 people.

KISS ingredients

– 1 can/cans of condensed milk

– 200 ml of coconut milk

– 50 g of grated dry coconut

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter + a little for greasing

Ingredients Filling Bacio or grape dessert

– seedless green grapes to taste (1 unit per dessert)

Ingredients TO FINISH

– crystalline sugar to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. From the recipe for 4 people you get about 30 units of about 30 g (with grapes inside).
  2. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
  3. For this recipe you need medium-sized molds: the cakes are a little larger to enclose the grapes.


Grape kiss

PREPARATION:

Kiss or Grape Cake – Pasta:

  1. Place all the ingredients (condensed milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and butter) in a pan.
  2. Place over low heat and mix with a spatula, scraping the bottom and sides of the pan well to prevent it from sticking and burning.
  3. When the mixture has thickened and reached the rolling point (to know if it is at the right point, tilt the pan a little and see if the mixture is detaching from the bottom), turn off the heat.
  4. Transfer the kiss to a lightly greased baking dish or deep bowl, cover with cling film and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Kiss or grape sweet – Roll up:

  1. Wash the grapes and dry them.
  2. Open the paper cups.
  3. Place the final granulated sugar in a deep bowl or plate.
  4. Grease your hands with a light layer of butter.
  5. Take a portion of the dough (about 1 teaspoon or 20 g) and form a disc in the palm of your hand.
  6. Place a grape in the center and roll it up to form a ball, taking care to involve the entire grape.
  7. Dip the grape candy ball into the granulated sugar and place it into the molds.
  8. Repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Store grape kisses or sweets in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
