Blender’s Chicken Pie

Time: 1h10

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (tea)
  • 1 cup oil (tea).
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Filling:

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/2 can drained corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. For the filling, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato, extract, peas and corn and sauté for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken, green chilli, salt and pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off and let cool.
  5. Meanwhile, blend the milk, oil, eggs and salt in a blender.
  6. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and yeast, mixing with a spoon.
  7. Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured 30cm x 22cm pan, spread the filling over the top, then cover with the remaining dough.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool, cut it into squares and serve immediately.
