– 2 tablespoons cocoa powder from

– 2 tablespoons of coconut milk powder

Ingredients FOR DECORATING

– gluten-free and lactose-free chocolate to be enjoyed without sugar, chopped or other chocolate of your choice. (or cocoa nibs)

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. With the standard recipe with 2 bananas you get about 10 sweets of 20 g each (weight once ready). Use very ripe bananas.
  3. Process the bananas. If you don’t have a food processor, mash the bananas well with a fork in a bowl.
  4. Add the other ingredients of the recipe with the bananas and mix or process.

PREPARATION:

Banana Brigadeiro

  1. In a pan, place all the ingredients of the recipe, previously mixed.
  2. Place on low heat and stir continuously.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until the bottom of the pan has thickened and comes away: to check if it is cooked, tilt the pan slightly to the side and see if the mixture comes away from the bottom.
  4. Turn off the heat and transfer it to a plate, let it cool slightly and cover with cling film.
  5. Let it cool completely and then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.

Banana Brigadeiro – Decoration:

  1. While the banana brigadeiro cools, prepare the chocolate that will be used for decoration.
  2. Chop the chocolate with the tip of a knife on a cutting board into small pieces, forming a “dusting”.
  3. Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and set aside.

Banana Brigadeiro – Assembly:

  1. Open the molds on a plate.
  2. Wet your palms with water.
  3. Using a teaspoon (flat) as a measure, take a portion of the dough and roll it into a ball: the approximate weight is between 12g and 15g each.
  4. Dip the ball into the chopped chocolate until the entire surface is evenly covered.
  5. Arrange the brigadeiros in the molds.
  6. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients.
  7. Keep refrigerated.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Remove the banana brigadeiro/s from the refrigerator just before eating them.
  2. Arrange the desserts on a serving plate and arrange them well.
