- 5 cups chicken broth

Preparation method
Add potatoes, oil, chicken broth and salt to the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat until pressure reaches the mark. Then cook for 10 minutes. Wait for the pressure to release from the pot and transfer the mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth. Then return the broth to the pan, add the peppers, place over medium heat and boil for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the kale and mix well. Serve immediately.
Bean soup with noodles and vegetables

- 1 potato cut into cubes
- 500 g of beans
- 1 carrot cut into cubes
- 200 g of pennette
- 1 l of meat broth water
- 1 chopped onion

Preparation method
Place the beans in a container and wash them well under running water. Transfer to the pressure cooker, cover with water and place over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes after coming to pressure. Turn off the heat and wait for all the pressure to release. Drain the water, place the beans in the blender and blend until creamy. Reserve. In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and sauté until golden brown. Pour the reserved beans into the pan and season with salt. Add the noodles, carrots, potatoes and beef stock. Cook until the vegetables are soft. Serve immediately.

Potatoes cream
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion peeled and sliced
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and diced
- 200 g of milk cream
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 l of vegetable broth water
Preparation method
In a pressure cooker, heat the butter over medium heat and brown the onion. Add the potatoes and mix well. Add the vegetable stock, cover the pan and cook until it reaches pressure. Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure in the pan to release. Then open the pan, add the cream and mix until incorporated. Transfer the mixture to the blender and blend until you get a smooth cream. Put the cream in a container, season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.
Tomato cream with basil
ingredients
- 1kg of tomato chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 l vegetable broth
- Olive oil, basil, salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic and carrot until golden brown. Add the cherry tomatoes and vegetable stock. Cook until the tomatoes have broken down. Wait for it to cool and blend in the blender until you get a smooth cream. Return to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste and add the basil leaves. Heat over low heat and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
Chicken soup
ingredients
- 1 breast of chicken skinless and boneless
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 potato peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup rice tea
- 1 litre of chicken broth
- Olive oil, parsley, salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown on both sides. Add the carrot, potato, rice and chicken stock. Cook until the rice and vegetables are tender. Remove the chicken, shred it and return it to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper and parsley.
