Ingredients FOR GREASING/BRUSHING:
– oil to taste
Ingredients Cauliflower Cake Without Wheat Airfryer
– 2 cup(s) of fresh cauliflower
– 1 1/2 tablespoons water
– Salt to taste
– 1 clove(s) of garlic
– 1 tablespoon chopped onion
– 1/2 egg unit
– 4 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour
– 1 tablespoon(s) of cornstarch
– 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
– 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder THE
– chopped parsley to taste
PREPARATION:
- From the recipe for 2 portions you get 10 gnocchi, measuring 1 tablespoon).
- Start by cooking the cauliflower (see preparation).
- Set aside all other ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Peel the onion and garlic and chop them.
- Wash and dry the parsley, chop it and set it aside on absorbent paper.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese, if you haven’t purchased it already grated.
PREPARATION:
Cauliflower – Cooking:
- Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets, removing the large stem.
- Place in a non-metallic bowl, sprinkle with a little salt, add water to create steam and mix.
- Cover with cling film and place in the microwave and cook on high heat for about 5-7 minutes, test with a fork to see if it is cooked.
- Continue pre-preparation (point 2).
Cauliflower gnocchi without wheat in the Airfryer – preparation of the dough:
- Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
- Place the cauliflower in a food processor and blend until it forms pieces the size of rice grains.
- Add the onion and garlic and blend to combine.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the grated cheese, chopped parsley, oat flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
- Mix until you get a smooth, consistent, but still moist dough.
Cauliflower Cake Without Wheat in the Airfryer: Shape and Bake:
- Using 2 spoons, take a portion of the dough and shape it into a small parcel, in the shape of a quenelle.
- Lightly brush the surface of the cupcake with oil.
- Place it in the Airfryer basket and repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
- Arrange the ravioli in the basket, without overlapping them, leaving a small distance between them to allow air to circulate – depending on the number of ravioli and the size of the basket, cook them in stages.
- Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the equipment.
- Close the drawer and bake at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes – this time depends on the power of your appliance – or until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- When it reaches the desired doneness, remove it from the Airfryer.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Place Cauliflower Fritters Without Wheat Made in the Airfryer on a serving dish or, if you prefer, distribute it on the plates, next to the main dish.
- These gnocchi can also be served as an appetizer or snack.
