- 500 ml skimmed milk
- 200 g of milk cream light
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 g grated coconut
- 5 tablespoons of xylitol
- 1 cup of red berry tea
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation methodro
In a blender, add the skimmed milk, coconut milk, cream, grated coconut and gelatin and blend until smooth. Transfer to a silicone pudding mold and refrigerate for 2 hours. Meanwhile, in a pan, add the xylitol, red fruits, coconut sugar and water and cook over medium heat until you get a thick syrup. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. Then remove the pudding from the refrigerator, carefully turn it out and cover it with the syrup. Serve immediately.
