Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/4 cup milk (tea).
- 1/2 cup (tea) + 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate powder (tea).
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Cream
- 1 can of cream (300 g)
- 150 g of melted semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar and milk.
- Add the butter and beat until the mixture becomes smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, chocolate powder and baking powder. Add the blender mixture and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 22cm x 30cm cake tin and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, leave to cool and unmold.
- Cover the cake with the cream and chocolate mixture and serve.
