Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, beat the margarine, cornstarch, cream cheese, milk, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
  2. Turn off the heat, pour the mixture into a pan and then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Turn off the heat and serve immediately with your favorite pasta.
