White sauce for lasagna and pasta
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
- Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the margarine, cornstarch, cream cheese, milk, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Turn off the heat, pour the mixture into a pan and then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Turn off the heat and serve immediately with your favorite pasta.
- If desired, refrigerate for up to 2 days to use in other recipes.
