Camila Rocha’s kitchen for CASACOR Paraná combines classic and modern elements to foster family life.

The architect Camila Rock presents the “Cucina Incontro” at CASACOR Paraná, an environment that mix happy aesthetics of 1950s and 1960s with the sobriety and contemporary functionality.

Since it is considered the heart of everyone, where generations, traditions and memories are connected, the idea was to keep it central circulation in the room.

One side has a storage room preparation AND storage location with a tall tower and several storage rooms; the other side has a cupboard with porcelain fluted glass doors, support bench AND table for quick meals.

The hob integrated into the hood has a clean aesthetic, while the carpentry has specific hardware that guarantees greater practicality.

The curved and straight shapes symbolize intergenerational encounters, while the mix of textures celebrates the fusion of styles. The color palette highlights soft tones, such as blue, and the colored MDF has natural straw details and fluted glass.

The marble with brushed finish stands out as a natural element of the project. The sinuous curves of the stone blend with the stainless steel finish and the black glass of the appliances, giving a more sober perspective to the delicacy of the other objects.

Key technological features include state-of-the-art appliances, smart lighting systems and innovative storage solutions.

“It’s a meeting point with those you love, which always smells of cake or some delicious food cooking in the pan. It’s the space in the house where emotional memories remain alive through all our senses,” Camila concludes.
