Olive sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or oil
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped green and black olives
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Preparation method:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the olives and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix the mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper and parsley and serve immediately, if desired, accompanied by a slice of loin.
