The Young and the Restless preview: recaps of episodes from Monday July 22 to Friday July 26, 2024 [SPOILERS]

Abby and Devon break up

Chance is haunted by what he experienced in battle. Overwhelmed by emotions at times, he is unable to fully care for Dominique. When Nina’s son Ray announces that he plans to take an indefinite leave of absence, Sharon’s husband is very disappointed.

Devon informs Abby and Chance that he is seeking joint custody of Dominique. He takes it very badly and loses his temper with his friend. For her part, Maria is also upset when she learns that Devon wants to spend more time with the baby.

Victor returns to work

Abby criticizes Devon for interfering when Chance is involved with the baby. Lily’s brother tries to reassure her, promising her that he only has Dominique’s best interests at heart. He hopes they can find an amicable solution…though he has his doubts. The two prepare to go to court, but Chance tells his wife he’s not ready to face it.

Jill decides to sell ChanceComm to Newman Locke. Victoria tells Victor that William almost dumped Adam thanks to his plan. He also asks his father to sell his Newman Media, but he refuses. Victor also tells her that he is going to take up more space in the company. The businessman feels that big changes are on the horizon for his family…

Adam confronts Sally

Sally wants to prove to Chelsea that she can work as a team. Then Connor’s mom decides to send him on a business trip to New York while he tries to get close to Adam again in Genoa City! Sally offers to accompany her… but she declines.

So Chelsea tries to seduce Adam again, and he stands firm with his ex: she tells him that she can’t continue to work for him if he continues to flirt with her and not admit that things are over between them. ..

Angry Chelsea

A key stakeholder is outraged. Shortly after, he hears Adam tell Chance that she no longer has romantic feelings for him… the final blow! Devastated at first, she then rages against her ex.

Finally, Nick’s relatives throw him a surprise birthday party. Victoria tries to make Adam suspicious of Victor, but her brother advises her to be wary of her father as well. After a period of crisis, Lily and William reunite and look forward to entering a new professional era together.
