Gingerbread mousse
Time: 1h (+3h in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 can of cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup of chocolate powder (tea).
- 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon clove powder
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 egg whites
Roof:
- Chocolate flavored ice cream topping
Preparation method:
- In the mixer, blend the gelatin hydrated in water and dissolved in a bain-marie together with the other ingredients, except the egg whites.
- Remove from blender and gently fold in whipped egg whites.
- Arrange in individual cups, refrigerate for 3 hours, remove and serve with a topping of chocolate-flavored ice cream.
