Carrot soup with ginger

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine
- 1 clove garlic, squeezed
- 1 kg of carrot cut into cubes
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 liter of boiling water
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ready-made chili seasoning
- 1/2 cup (tea) skim milk
Preparation method:
- In a large pan, add the margarine and place over high heat to melt.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
- Add the carrot, celery and ginger and cook over medium heat, with the pan covered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the carrot is golden.
- Add the water and the ready-made seasoning, and cook for another 20 minutes, on low heat, or until the carrot is soft.
- Blend little by little in the mixer, always with a little broth, until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Return to the pan, add the milk and leave on low heat for 5 minutes or until fully heated.
- Remove from the heat and then serve, decorated as desired.
