Sweet bread with guava paste

Ingredients:
- 1 tablet of fresh organic yeast (15g)
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- 15 medium cubes of guava paste
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- 15 cubes of guava paste
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the yeast, warm milk and sugar until the yeast dissolves.
- Add the oil, eggs and mix.
- Add the flour, little by little, until you get a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. If necessary, add more flour.
- Form 15 balls of dough.
- Open each one in the palm of your hand, place 1 medium cube of guava paste and shape by closing the ball again.
- Arrange the balls on a greased and floured baking tray, one next to the other, leaving space between them.
- Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Brush with beaten egg yolk and create a small indentation in the center with your finger.
- Place 1 small guava cube in the cavity.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven (180ÂșC) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and serve.
