Your favorite perfume (the one you usually wear and represents your energy)
Blank paper
Red pen
Honey
How to do it:
First, on a blank sheet of paper, write your loved one’s full name and, immediately below, yours.
Then, drip a drop of honey on the names, remembering the happy moments you have experienced and hoping that the memory awakens love and tenderness.
Now spray your perfume three times on the paper, saying out loud:
“May the scent of my love reach you,
and may my name perfume your heart.”
Finally, fold the paper three times and place it in a place where you keep your perfumes or personal items.
