Orange Ice Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (tea).
- 1 cup (tea) of orange juice
- 1/2 cup (tea) cornstarch
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- Orange zest for garnish

- 1 cup (tea) of orange juice
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation method:
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff. Reserve.
- Using a mixer, in another bowl, beat the egg yolks, sugar and butter until creamy.
- Add the juice, starch, flour and yeast, beating after each addition.
- Add the egg whites and mix gently with a spoon.
- Arrange in a greased and floured 22cm diameter pan and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
- Remove from the oven, leave to cool and unmold.
- For the topping, in a pan, heat the juice, condensed milk and butter over medium heat until slightly thickened.
- Turn off, let cool and spread on the cake.
- Garnish with orange zest and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
