Mortadella Croquette

Ingredients:
- 250g Mortadella
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 200 ml of milk
- 1/3 cup (tea) chopped green chili
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the bread:
- wheat flour
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Fry oil
Preparation method:
- Grind the mortadella in the mixer.
- Heat the oil in a pan and let it fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the onion and brown it a little more.
- Dissolve the flour in the milk and add it little by little, stirring continuously until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the chopped green chili pepper and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it cool, shape the croquettes, coat them in the wheat flour, the lightly beaten egg and the breadcrumbs.
- Fry a few at a time in hot oil until evenly golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
