Meat Bread With Potatoes

  • 2 cubes of meat broth

  • 5 potatoes, peeled and diced

Preparation method

In the pressure cooker, add the corn oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and sauté. Add the meat pieces and sauté for 15 minutes. Add the beef broth and paprika. Add water to cover the meat. Cover the pan and cook for 25 minutes after starting the pressure. Then remove from the oven, wait for the pressure to release and add the potatoes and green chilies. Place back over medium heat and cook under pressure for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat, wait for the pressure in the pan to release and then serve.

Chicken with okra

ingredients

  • 1 kg of okra washed and chopped
  • 1 chicken whole cut into pieces
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 dessert spoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Ground black pepper, salt, chopped green chili pepper and oil to taste
  • 3 cups hot water for cooking

Preparation method

Place the chicken in a container and season with garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika and vinegar. Mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the okra pieces and sauté until there is no more “slime”. Next, strain the okra to remove the oil, transfer to a container and set aside.

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 l boiling water

Preparation method

In a container, place the wing leg and season with salt. In the pressure cooker, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add the chicken and fry until golden brown. Add the chicken broth, boiling water, rice and carrots. Stir and add salt. Cover the pan, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes after starting the pressure. Then, turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release and finish by sprinkling with parsley. Serve immediately.

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 stale French bread
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 100g of chopped bacon
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of thyme
  • Salt, ground black pepper and chopped green chilies to taste
  • Oil for anointing

Preparation method

In a bowl, crush the bread and soak it in milk. Add the minced meat, bacon, oregano, onion, thyme, salt, green chili pepper and black pepper. Mix well until you get a smooth dough. Make a cake with the dough and set aside. Grease a baking pan with oil and transfer the dough. Then put in the preheated oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • 2 cups of tea rice
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Cinnamon powder for dusting
  • Water for cooking

Preparation method

Place the rice in a pan and cover with water. Place over medium heat and cook until the water has dried up. Add the milk, sugar and cinnamon stick. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is creamy. Remove the cinnamon, serve in bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

  • 2 cups of corn flour tea
  • 1 cup of tea wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup of milk tea
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Preparation method

In a bowl, mix the corn flour, wheat flour, sugar and salt. Add the eggs, oil and milk, mixing well until the dough is smooth. Add the yeast and mix gently. Pour the dough into the pan greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
