– Salt to taste

MILANESA WITHOUT GRAIN IN THE AIRFRYER Ingredients:

Ingredients FOR SPRAYING OR BRUSHING
– oil to taste
PREPARATION:
- Start by preparing and seasoning the chicken fillets (see preparation).
- Set aside the other ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Beat the eggs with a little salt in a bowl or deep plate.
- Place the fine cassava flour in another bowl or deep plate.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
PREPARATION:
Chicken fillet (do this step before you start pre-preparation):
- Peel the garlic clove (optional) and chop it very finely.
- Cut the chicken breast into steaks – approximately 100g per unit (2 per person).
- Place the steaks, one at a time, in a plastic bag and on a cutting board beat them with a whisk to make them thin and of uniform thickness: the chicken must be well cooked, so leave the steaks very thin to facilitate cooking.
- Season with a minced garlic clove (optional), salt and pepper and set aside.
- Continue pre-preparation (point 2).
Chicken fillet Milanese without wheat in Airfryer:
- Lightly coat the chicken fillets in the cassava flour and shake off the excess.
- Next, dip in the beaten egg(s) and drain.
- Finally, cover them again with the cassava flour and press them well so that they are evenly breaded.
- Brush or drizzle the fillets with a little oil, this will help them create a crispier crust, while also adding another layer of flavor to the preparation.
- Place in the Airfryer basket preheated to 200ºC, without overlapping – depending on the quantity of fillets and the size of the equipment basket, cook in several stages.
- Close the Airfryer drawer and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown: cooking time depends on the thickness of your steaks and the power of your equipment.
- Halfway through, open the Airfryer drawer and turn it over.
- Remove the drawer.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Reorder Breaded chicken fillet(s) without wheat prepared(s) at Airfryer on a serving dish or, if you prefer, distribute it directly on the plates.
