Cauliflower, Chayote and Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups chayote (diced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
4 cheese sauce
- 1/3 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella or grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola
Preparation method:
- Steam the vegetables for 15 minutes or until al dente.
- Transfer to a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- For the sauce, blend the ricotta, vinegar, salt, pepper, parmesan, mozzarella and water in a blender.
- Add the gorgonzola and mix with a spoon.
- Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve.
