Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (tea) cold water
- 2 cups wheat flour (approximately)
Filling
- 2 beaten eggs
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 2 leek stalks, thinly sliced
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the margarine, egg, salt and water.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the flour, a little at a time, mixing until it no longer sticks to your hands. Add more flour if necessary.
- Line the bottom and sides of a 26cm diameter springform pan, pressing with your hands. Book.
- For the filling, in a blender, beat the eggs, cream and half of the parmesan.
- Add the mozzarella and mix with a spoon.
- Spread this cream on the dough, distribute the olives and leeks on top.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
