Ingredients for fried eggs in the Airfryer:
– 2 units of eggs
– salt to taste
– pepper to taste (optional) THE
Ingredients FOR OILING:
– unsalted butter to taste, melted or other butter of choice (or olive oil)
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Grease some refractory baking dishes, about 10 cm in diameter, with olive oil or melted butter, depending on your preference.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.

Fried egg in the Airfryer:
- Crack one egg at a time into a bowl.
- Transfer it to a greased baking dish and season it with salt and pepper (optional).
- Repeat the process with the other eggs.
- Place the refractory plates in the Airfryer basket, leaving space between them to allow air circulation – depending on the number of eggs, fry them gradually.
- Insert the basket into the tool drawer preheated to 160°C.
- Fry for 5-6 minutes to cook with soft yolk and hard egg white: this time depends on the power of the fryer.
- If you prefer a more cooked egg, increase the time.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Remove refractory materials from the deep fryer and carefully, using a spatula, transfer the fried egg(s) on a serving dish or distribute directly on the plates.
