Spinach Lasagna with Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of white wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons of margarine
- 1/2 liter of milk
- Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
- Margarine for greasing
- 1 pack of cooked lasagna (500g)
- 1 bunch of cooked spinach sautéed
- 300 g of sliced mozzarella
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation method:
- For the sauce, add the flour to a pan and toast it a little, stirring continuously.
- Add the margarine and let it melt.
- Add the milk a little at a time, stirring constantly, until you obtain a consistent cream.
- Season with salt and grated nutmeg.
- In a greased baking dish, alternate layers of sauce, pasta, spinach and mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
