Spinach Lasagna with Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of white wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
  • Margarine for greasing
  • 1 pack of cooked lasagna (500g)
  • 1 bunch of cooked spinach sautéed
  • 300 g of sliced ​​mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation method:

  1. For the sauce, add the flour to a pan and toast it a little, stirring continuously.
  2. Add the margarine and let it melt.
  3. Add the milk a little at a time, stirring constantly, until you obtain a consistent cream.
