Does contact with pre-ejaculatory fluid pose a risk of pregnancy?

She says she just ‘licked’ the fluid off her partner and now she has doubts

I “licked” precum in my partner’s vagina. Is it possible to get pregnant?

What do you mean “licked”? I think you meant it went by quickly… But is there any chance I can get pregnant? No. Without penetration, without ejaculation inside the vagina, or without inserting fingers with sperm inside the vagina, there is no risk of getting pregnant.

If you put this pre-ejaculatory fluid, which by definition has very little or no sperm, on your belly, on your thigh, near your vagina (even just by “dabbing” it), there is no risk of getting pregnant.
