Muscle vegetable soup recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 sweet potato, diced;
- 1 whole onion, chopped;
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced;
- 1/2 head of broccoli;
- 1 courgette, diced;
- 1 carrot, diced;
- 2 medium potatoes, diced;
- 500 g of minced muscle;
- Salt and black pepper to taste;
- Oil.
Preparation method
Start by browning the meat and when it is ready add the onion and garlic. Brown everything very well and add the carrot. Then add all the ingredients except the broccoli and cover with hot water. Let it cook for about 20 minutes with the lid half open. Add the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
