- 1 litre of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of starch corn
- 6 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of cream
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- Mint leaves for decoration
Preparation method
In a saucepan, place the milk, sugar, cornstarch, chocolate, egg yolk and condensed milk and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, wait for it to cool, transfer the cream to a blender and blend for 5 minutes, gradually adding the cream. Then distribute the cream into bowls and finish by decorating with strawberries and mint leaves. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 200 g of cookie corn starch
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 400 g of condensed milk
- 250 g of cream

Preparation method
Place the biscuits in a blender and blend until they become crumbly. Then transfer to a container, add the butter and lemon zest and mix until you obtain a moist crumb. Book. Place the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency.

In a pan, put all the ingredients, except the biscuits and chocolate sprinkles, and heat over low heat, stirring until creamy. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. Add the biscuits to the cream and mix well. Using a spoon, distribute the mixture into bowls and cover with the chocolate sprinkles. Place in the fridge to cool and serve immediately.
Hazelnut cream mousse
Ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 400 g of cream without whey
- 250 g of hazelnut cream
- 1 cup of milk tea
- 24 g unflavoured gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation method
In a blender, blend the condensed milkcream, hazelnut cream and milk until smooth. Book. In a container, place the gelatin and water. Mix and put in the microwave for 13 seconds to dissolve it. Place the dissolved gelatin in the blender with the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Distribute the mousse into individual glasses and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Serve immediately.
