More than a hotel on the banks of Irkutsk history
On October 1, 2024, in the very heart of Irkutsk, on the banks of the Angara River, a new premium hotel Rodina Grand Hotel & SPA Irkutsk 5* will open, located in the restored historical building of the Kurbatov and Rusanov baths with unique architecture of the beginning of the 20th century.
The club-format concept of the new hotel offers an exceptional level of comfort with the legendary service philosophy of the Rodina brand, capable of exceeding expectations and inspiring new exclusive trips to Lake Baikal. The interior design of the rooms is presented in five styles at once, which guests can choose according to their mood: “Classic”, “Modern”, “Loft”, “Avant-garde” and “Scandinavia”. Only natural materials are used in the design of each room.

The main feature and historical heritage of the hotel is the authentic Grand SPA, which preserves the memory of the famous Kurbatov baths. The SPA complex brings together a unique combination of Siberian steaming traditions, SPA rituals of the peoples of the world and modern healing techniques. Guests have at their disposal: a 25-meter swimming pool with an innovative water treatment system, a thermal complex including two Russian, Finnish and Turkish baths with exclusive steam programs, as well as comfortable rooms for SPA rituals, including a unique set of Rodina detox procedures.
Wellness and innovation space
On the coast of the Gulf of Finland, surrounded by coniferous forests, lies the First Line preventive medicine resort – a territory of aesthetics, innovation and advanced medical achievements in the field of longevity management.
Here they talk to guests about health in the language of art – on the territory of the resort there is a collection of more than 50 works – from the sculpture “Human Genome” by Denis Alexandrov, the series of works “Summer Garden” and “Nymph” by Olga Tobreluts, the object “Embryonics” by Valeria Abendrot, “Cellular Renewal” by Dunya Zakkha and “Mirror” by Polina Osipova. It is worth noting that the complex does not buy art objects, but creates them together with artists to express their own ideas in order to convey meanings using the language of art.
One of the large-scale projects at the intersection of art, health and wellness is the Mental Wellness Room – a space in which the idea of emotional and mental balance is presented in the format of physical reality. The contactless therapy using multimedia technology and art provides a multi-sensory effect on all senses, including vision, hearing, touch and smell. By integrating art and aesthetics with wellness, First Line inspires leaders to explore new ideas.
Russian soul and “romance with Japan”
In the heart of the Far Eastern capital, on the shores of Zolotoy Rog Bay, the five-star concept Vladivostok Grand Hotel & SPA is located overlooking the main symbol of Vladivostok – the cable-stayed Golden Bridge.
Like the city itself, which inexplicably combines Europe and Asia, the hotel offers a new level of comfort, combining Japanese minimalism and Russian ornaments in design, with the author’s service philosophy, where the guest is the center of the universe. There are 221 accommodation rooms equipped with a “smart home” system, which allows you to control the lighting and climate of different zones. Only natural materials are used in the design of the rooms, as befits luxury hotels.
The hotel features one of the largest high-end SPA centers in the city, where you can enjoy classic Japanese SPA rituals, complemented by the latest technology, as well as enjoy a private fitness area with Italian exercise equipment and the services of a personal trainer. A distinct work of art is 4 restaurants serving Japanese, French, Mediterranean and fusion cuisine, as well as a lobby bar that combines signature cocktails with an aristocratic atmosphere. The pearl of the bar is a snow-white grand piano and tempered glass panels imitating the depths of the sea.
Eco-minimalism surrounded by mountains
The mountains of the Seminsky ridge, the Katun River valley and endless forests are the natural heritage of Altai that everyone should see. The five-star eco-resort Grand Chalet Altay, located on the first bank of the Katun River 30 minutes from Gorno-Altaysk, fits laconically into the landscape of the region, guaranteeing a private and comfortable vacation in the wilderness.
One of the principles of the resort is to take care of nature and highlight its beauty. Most of the territory is occupied by coniferous forests and walking trails. Altai cedar and mountain pine were used to create the infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity of the resort are the mountains of the Seminski ridge, which help to maintain the special microclimate of the place.
On the territory of the resort there is a two-storey hotel complex with 55 rooms of different categories, including suites, as well as 21 comfortable cottages ranging from 52 to 403 m². The interior design is made in the style of eco-minimalism using soft pastel colours and natural wood. All furniture is made of solid larch, birch, oak and walnut veneer. Individual cottages are located among grasses, flowers, shrubs and conifers. Some cottages, made of cedar and Altai pine, surround perennial conifers, for the trunks of which neat openings are made.
The Legacy of the Ottoman Empire in Modern Reading
The luxurious CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul is a true hotel complex located in the center of vibrant Istanbul and the heir to the luxury of the magnificent century of the Ottoman Empire. Having started its history at the end of the 19th century, the hotel today organically combines a rich historical heritage with modern solutions in architecture and interiors.
The interior design of the rooms and public areas is done in an elegant classic style using soft pastel colors and marble. Each floor of the hotel is named after the wives of the sultans, who left a significant mark on the history of the Ottoman Empire, and the corridors of the floors are decorated with their luxurious costumes of that era.
In the hotel lobby, guests are greeted by a large-scale art canvas “The History of Istanbul,” created exclusively for CVK Park Bosphorus by the winner of prestigious international contemporary art awards and holder of the title “Best Artist of Turkey,” Ismail Akar. Measuring 2.64 meters by 6.64 meters, the painting is the largest artwork dedicated to Istanbul ever exhibited in the hotel lobby.
In merchant traditions
The Gostiny Dvor design boutique hotel is located in a building dating back to 1820 on the central square of the former merchant city of Michurinsk, the apple capital and science city of Russia. In the 19th century, the hotel building was part of the city’s main store located on the market square, which occupied an entire city block.
The modern Gostiny Dvor is a classic pre-revolutionary building and a designer boutique hotel with 16 comfortable rooms. The authors of the project have completely restored the cultural heritage site, breathing new life into it – they carried out a complete restoration, preserving the masonry of the walls from the tsarist era, and also supplemented the interior with decorative items that harmoniously united the past and the present. In addition, based on old photographs, the facade was restored to its original appearance.
The interior design of the rooms and public areas is made in a combination of loft style and modern classics. In all rooms and in the lobby you can see old brick walls, wrought iron window frames and shutter hooks that were there during the construction of the building. Thanks to the large arched windows, the hotel lobby is always bathed in natural light, which emphasizes the comfort and sophistication of every detail of the interior.
“Negorod” in the heart of the Voronezh Sea
Relaxation away from the noise of the metropolis in the city center, comfort of a country house and high-class service – all this is the Negorod club complex, located on the green island of the sports and tourist cluster in the center of the Voronezh Sea.
The exterior of the loft-style and eco-minimalism barns harmoniously fits into the island landscape. The interior is a modern eco-classic, where natural wood is predominantly used and light pastel colors are conducive to relaxation and restoration of emotional balance. In the design of the houses, the authors of the project thought out every detail: functional kitchens with a minibar, elegant furniture, comfortable beds, snow-white linens and towels, spacious bathrooms. All houses are equipped with panoramic windows and terraces. Most of the barns are located on the first line with a view of the city and open water. The houses on the second line have their own cozy courtyard and a partial view of the reservoir.
The landscaping of the Negorod Hotel is a real eco-garden. When creating the landscaping project, all natural, climatic and geographical factors of the region were taken into account. Small grain and fruit trees and shrubs are planted around the houses. The green ensemble of the complex was complemented by mountain pines, several types of willows and scarlet and Ola apple trees blooming like sakura.
During the warm season, the complex offers a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, a summer bar, a yoga area and an amphitheater for entertainment events, including master classes, wine tastings and gastronomic evenings. The lifestyle atmosphere is provided by guest DJs and bartenders, and in the evening, open-air cinema and jazz evenings.
