Strawberry dessert in a cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pack crushed cornstarch biscuits (100g)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Chopped cashews for garnish

Cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 egg yolk sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons of cream

Jelly

  • 1 cup strawberries (diced)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation method:

  1. For the cream, in a pan, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolk, essence, cornstarch and heat over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
  2. Add the cream, turn off and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the biscuit and butter until crumbs form.
  4. Divide between clear cups and set aside.
  5. In a pan, heat the gelatin ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, after boiling.
  6. Allow to cool, divide the cream into the cups, cover with the jelly and serve garnished with the cashews.
