Strawberry dessert in a cup

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pack crushed cornstarch biscuits (100g)
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - Chopped cashews for garnish
 
Cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
 - 1 cup of milk (tea)
 - 1 egg yolk sifted
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 4 tablespoons of cream
 
Jelly
- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
 - 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
 
Preparation method:
- For the cream, in a pan, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolk, essence, cornstarch and heat over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
 - Add the cream, turn off and let cool.
 - In a bowl, mix the biscuit and butter until crumbs form.
 - Divide between clear cups and set aside.
 - In a pan, heat the gelatin ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, after boiling.
 - Allow to cool, divide the cream into the cups, cover with the jelly and serve garnished with the cashews.
