banana cake

Preparation method

Then transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 50 minutes. Banana Jam
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon xylitol
- 1/4 cup water
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation method
Place the bananas in a pan and cook over medium heat until they melt and become pureed. Add the water, xylitol and cinnamon and cook until the cake starts to separate from the bottom of the pan, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, transfer to a container with a lid and wait for it to cool. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
