Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 slice of chopped peppers
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 cups desalted, cooked and minced beef jerky
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked beans without broth
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup diced mozzarella
- 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
Preparation method:
- Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and sauté the peppers, onion, garlic and pepper for 3 minutes.
- Add the dried meat and brown for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice, beans and salt and cook for 3 minutes.
