Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 slice of chopped peppers
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups desalted, cooked and minced beef jerky
  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup cooked beans without broth
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup diced mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and sauté the peppers, onion, garlic and pepper for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the dried meat and brown for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the rice, beans and salt and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, add the mozzarella, green peppers and mix.
  5. Transfer to a medium baking dish to serve.
