Chicken medallion with cheese

Time: 20 minutes

Performance: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1kg diced chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth powder
  • 1/4 cup oil (tea).
  • 1 glass of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese

Preparation method:

  1. Season the chicken with the chicken broth, wrap it in the bacon slices and secure it with toothpicks.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry medallions until golden brown. Drain and reserve.
  3. To the remaining fat in the pan, add the cream cheese, milk, and parmesan and heat over medium heat, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
  4. Turn off the heat, transfer part of the sauce to a serving dish, place the medallions and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve.
