Chicken medallion with cheese

Ingredients:
- 1kg diced chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons chicken broth powder
- 1/4 cup oil (tea).
- 1 glass of cream cheese (200 g)
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
Preparation method:
- Season the chicken with the chicken broth, wrap it in the bacon slices and secure it with toothpicks.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry medallions until golden brown. Drain and reserve.
- To the remaining fat in the pan, add the cream cheese, milk, and parmesan and heat over medium heat, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
- Turn off the heat, transfer part of the sauce to a serving dish, place the medallions and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve.
