Shrimp Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:
- 200 g of medium cleaned shrimps
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Green leaves as desired
- 16 pickled asparagus
Balsamic sauce
- 1 onion
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 100 ml of balsamic vinegar
Preparation method:
- For the salad, season the shrimp and mushrooms with salt and pepper and grill them in a nonstick pan with olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
