Shrimp Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of medium cleaned shrimps
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Green leaves as desired
  • 16 pickled asparagus

Balsamic sauce

  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 100 ml of balsamic vinegar

Preparation method:

  1. For the salad, season the shrimp and mushrooms with salt and pepper and grill them in a nonstick pan with olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
