Breaded fried shrimp
Time: 30 minutes
Performance: 2 servings

Ingredients:
- 15 cleaned and shelled shrimps
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1/2 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Sauce
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/3 cup (tea) of apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- For the sauce, blend the mango, vinegar and water in a blender until smooth. Book.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and ginger for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sugar and fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Pour in the mango cream, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thickened. Let it cool.
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper and sprinkle them with flour.
- First pass through the egg whites whipped with water and then through the breadcrumbs.
- Fry, a few at a time, in boiling oil until golden brown.
- Drain them on absorbent paper and serve with the sauce.
