Alphabet soup with meat

Ingredients:
- 500 g of hard thighs, diced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 cubes of meat broth
- 3 liters of water
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- 1 potato, diced
- 3/4 cup Alphabet Soup Noodles
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley
- Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation method:
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over high heat and brown the meat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato, meat broth and water.
- Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes on low heat from when it starts to press.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally, open the pan, return to medium heat without covering and add the carrot, green beans and potato.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then bring to the boil and add the pasta.
- Cook until the noodles are soft.
- Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
