Minced beef with carrots and peas

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1kg of meat dice
  • 1/2 l of meat broth
  • 350 g of peas
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the meat and brown it until it loses its reddish color. Add the tomato sauce, salt and black pepper and stir. Cover with the meat broth, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes after going to pressure. Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release and open the pan. Add the peas and carrots and cook again over medium heat, without pressure, until the vegetables are soft. Turn off the heat and, if necessary, adjust the seasoning. Serve then.

Tip: serve garnished with chopped coriander.

Ground Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of sirloin cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Place the meat in a container and season with salt and black pepper. Book. In a pressure cooker, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the meat and brown until it loses its reddish color. Add the beef broth, bay leaf, cherry tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir. Cover the pan and cook for 25 minutes after coming to pressure. Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release and open the pan. Add the broccoli and stir. Season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.

Minced beef with cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g of soft thighs cut into cubes
  • 1/2 leek stalk, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 250 g of milk cream
  • 150 g grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, ground black pepper and oil to taste

Preparation method

Place the meat in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Book. Add the oil to a pan and place over medium heat to heat. Place the meat on top and brown until golden brown. Then remove the meat from the pan, add the leek and garlic and brown. Add the cream and stir to combine. Cook until boiling and add the cheese. Return the meat to the pan and stir. Turn off the heat and add salt if necessary. Serve then.



Beef in red wine

Beef in red wine

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 onions peeled and chopped
  • 1 kg of duckling cut into cubes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of tea tomato sauce
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 glass of dry red wine

Preparation method

In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown. Add the meat and brown until it loses its reddish color. Add the bay leaves, vegetable stock, tomato sauce and red wine and cook for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and season with salt and black pepper. Serve then.

Tip: serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Minced beef with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 800 g of soft thighs cut into cubes
  • 250 g of mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 100g of chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable broth for cooking meat

Preparation method

In a skillet, add oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the meat and brown until it loses its reddish color. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside. Add the bacon and fry until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic, tomato sauce and reserved meat. Cover with beef stock and season with salt and black pepper. Cover the skillet and cook for 30 minutes after coming to pressure. Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release and open the skillet. Add the mushrooms and return to medium heat to cook for another 10 minutes. Serve then.
