Chicken au gratin with creamed corn

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • 1 can drained green corn
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, beat the milk with half the corn. Turn off and set aside.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with flour, stirring for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the beaten milk, stirring until it thickens.
  5. Add the remaining corn, season with salt and pepper, add the parmesan and remove from the heat.
