Crispy cod fritters recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 g desalted cod flakes
- 500 g of potatoes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
- 2 beaten eggs for breading
- 2 cups chopped angel hair pasta
- Oil for frying
Preparation method:
- Cook the cod in hot water for 20 minutes and drain.
- Chop well and set aside.
- Cook the potatoes in salted water until very soft.
- Drain them and pass them through the juicer while still hot.
- Mix with the reserved cod, add the flour, onion, chives, egg, salt and pepper and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Prepare the gnocchi with your hands, dip them in the eggs and pass them through the minced pasta.
- Fry a few at a time in boiling oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
