French puff pastry bread
Time: 1h30 (+40min rest)

Ingredients:
- 2 tablets of fresh organic yeast (30g)
- 1 cup (tea) of warm water
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- 300 g of butter for the pastry
Preparation method:
- In a bowl mix the yeast, water, margarine, sugar, salt and egg yolks.
- Add the wheat flour, little by little, until you form a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
- If necessary, add more flour.
- Cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and spread 1/3 of the spreadable butter.
- Fold the dough into 4 pieces and roll it out again with a rolling pin.
- Repeat the process with the butter 2 more times.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin after rolling it out for the last time and cut it into rectangles.
- Roll them up to form buns and place them next to each other on a greased and floured baking tray.
- Using a sharp knife or blade, make a cut in each loaf, lengthwise.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
