The presenter opened and closed the show of the Brazilian Vitor Zerbinato in the French capital
Luciana Gimenez returned to the international catwalks modeling for her friend Vitor Zerbinato, who is showing for the second time in Paris. The presenter opened and closed the Brazilian designer’s show this Sunday (29th). The first look was with a skirt armed with fins in light nude fabric and with flower appliqués. The finished dress was black, sheer and shiny.
With more Brazilian guests in the audience, such as Isabella Fiorentino and Monica Salgado, the designer presented it in the “Bons Ventos” collection, inspired by the French Riviera and Parisian gardens.

“We wanted to recover classic elements, such as flowers and polka dots, and interpret them for the modern woman, who seeks refinement without losing authenticity,” said the designer.

The result was a collection with many flowers, made of laser-cut neoprene, as well as a new look of the classic polka dot, inspired by the work of the Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, known for her works created with the traditional print in various sizes and colors.

The polka dots sometimes appeared printed in different sizes and sometimes in vertical applications on clothes or earrings.

Another reference taken from the catwalk set up at the Maison de L’Amerique Latine, located on Boulevard Saint-Germain, on the Left Bank of Paris, was Lee Radziwill, style icon and sister of Jackie Kennedy, who reflects her refinement in delicate lace , tulle and discreet transparencies, both in the black and nude base versions.

In terms of colours, in addition to white, black and nude, alongside navy blue there are tones such as sea green, pink, yellow and hints of red. Indeed, huge stripes in blue and white punctuate several pieces, accompanied by scarves and ties, giving the outfit a navy style.

The fabrics used by Zerbinato are those he works so well with, such as taffeta, sable, crepe and satin, giving the collection a fluid yet structured counterpoint. Among the accessories, the highlight are the maxi earrings designed by Rose Benedetti.
