Pepper crepe

Time: 1 hour

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 1/3 cups milk (tea).
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Margarine for greasing
  • Leaf salad to accompany

Filling

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or oil
  • 1 piece Calabrian sausage, diced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped fresh marjoram to taste
  • 1/2 cup (tea) Catupiry® cream cheese

Preparation method:

  1. Blend all the dough ingredients in the blender until a smooth mixture is obtained and store in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat a medium non-stick pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the peppers for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and fry until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the mozzarella, salt, pepper and marjoram.
  5. Heat a small skillet or greased pancake pan.
  6. Pour 1/2 medium ladle of batter and shake to distribute it evenly.
  7. Brown the dough on both sides.
  8. Place on a plate and spread the Catupiry® with a spatula.
  9. Cover with the stew and fold in four to form a fan.
  10. Serve accompanied by leaf salad.
