Pepper crepe

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 1/3 cups milk (tea).
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Margarine for greasing
- Leaf salad to accompany
Filling
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or oil
- 1 piece Calabrian sausage, diced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- Salt, black pepper and chopped fresh marjoram to taste
- 1/2 cup (tea) Catupiry® cream cheese
Preparation method:
- Blend all the dough ingredients in the blender until a smooth mixture is obtained and store in the refrigerator.
- Heat a medium non-stick pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the peppers for 2 minutes.
- Add the onion and fry until golden brown.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the mozzarella, salt, pepper and marjoram.
- Heat a small skillet or greased pancake pan.
- Pour 1/2 medium ladle of batter and shake to distribute it evenly.
- Brown the dough on both sides.
- Place on a plate and spread the Catupiry® with a spatula.
- Cover with the stew and fold in four to form a fan.
- Serve accompanied by leaf salad.
