Ricotta and bacon sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden brown.
  2. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, place the ricotta, salt, juice, olive oil, chives and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  4. Add the reserved fried bacon, mix, decorate as desired and serve.
