Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 diced yellow pepper
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes
  • 1 glass of chopped hearts of palm (300 g)
  • 1 can of drained peas
  • 1 can drained corn
  • 3 cups (tea) of water
  • Salt and chilli sauce to taste
  • 1 cup (tea) corn flour
  • 4 tablespoons cassava flour
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup sliced ​​green olives
  • 4 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a large pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  2. Add pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the tomato, hearts of palm, peas, corn, water and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes after it starts to boil.
  5. Add the mixed flour, stirring vigorously until it thickens.
  6. Add the egg, olives and green chillies and mix.
  7. Pour into a rectangular baking dish greased with olive oil and level with a spatula.
  8. Leave to cool, cut into squares and serve.
