Apple and raisin strudel
Time: 3 hours

Ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk
- 12 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Melted butter for brushing
- Sugar for dusting
Filling
- 1 cup chopped peeled apple
- 1 cup black raisins
- Sugar and cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation method:
- In a bowl mix the flour, egg yolk, butter, milk, water, salt and olive oil.
- Knead and leave to rest for 30 minutes wrapped in cling film.
- Roll out the dough onto a smooth surface and set aside.
- For the filling, mix the apple, raisins, sugar and cinnamon in a container.
- Spread the mixture over the dough and roll it up like a roll.
- Place on a large, greased baking tray and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- While cooking, brush with a little melted butter to brown.
- Sprinkle the apple strudel with sugar and serve.
