Pizza risolettes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- Oil for greasing and frying
- 2 eggs beaten for breading
- 1 cup breadcrumbs for dusting
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan to cover
Filling
- 2 cups grated ham
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 1 seedless tomato chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
Preparation method:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the milk, water, butter and vegetable broth.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until it starts to boil.
- Add the wheat flour all at once and mix with a wooden spoon until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Place on a greased surface and let cool.
- For the filling, in a bowl, mix the ham, cheese, tomato and oregano.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a greased surface until it is thin and cut out small circles.
- Divide the filling over the top and close, forming half moons, pressing the sides to seal.
- Dip it in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs mixed with the parmesan.
- Fry, little by little, in boiling oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
