Ingredients PAPAYA CREAM WITHOUT SUGAR

– 600 g papaya (pawpaw)

– 150 ml sugar-free vanilla ice cream (or other ice cream of your choice) THE

– just enough cassis liqueur to finish. (optional)

– xylitol to taste or anything else of your choice (optional)

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
  2. Choose ripe fruit for this recipe, considering that it is sugar-free. If desired, supplement with a sweetener of your choice.
  3. Cut the papaya and mince it. Leave it in the blender or food processor bowl.
  4. Remove the sugar-free ice cream from the refrigerator a few minutes before mixing, to obtain a creamier consistency, but without melting.

PREPARATION:

Sugar-free papaya cream:

  1. Add the sugar-free ice cream or other ice cream of your choice and whip with the papaya until you obtain a creamy and smooth mixture.
  2. If necessary, use xylitol or another sweetener of your choice (optional and only if the fruit is not ripe enough).
  3. Distribute into glasses.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the sugar-free papaya creamr immediately. If you choose to accompany it with a drizzle of cassis liqueur (optional), remember that this ingredient contains sugar.
