The flight would be from Los Angeles to New Orleans (USA) and the influencer was accompanied by a friend, who was also expelled from the plane. This incident occurred on October 4th.
According to Teresa, the Spirit Airlines flight attendant felt uncomfortable with the t-shirts the passengers were wearing and told the influencer and her friend to put on their coats or they would be kicked out.
@teresa_aroundtheworld In October 2024 in the United States, the land of the free, we were kicked off the Spirits Airlane plane for wearing crop tops! I can’t stop crying. Blast this ðŸ˜
Although the plane was already on the runway ready for takeoff, Teresa and her friend heard from a supervisor on board that they had to leave the plane and returned to the boarding gate.
The influencer tried to reply, getting defended by the other passengers, but in the end he was forced to get off the plane and stay at the airport.
When you tried to rebook your ticket, you were informed that this type of case does not entitle you to a flight change or a refund of the amount paid.
The police were called and the Portuguese company is already thinking of filing a complaint against the airline.
