Ingredients:
- 1 pack of tagliatelle (500g)
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chopped bacon
- Grated parmesan for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and drain it al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan with oil over medium heat and fry the garlic and bacon until lightly browned.
- Add the cooked pasta, season with salt and then mix.
