Practical tagliatelle with spinach and fish

Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of tagliatelle (500g)
  • 500 g of diced dogfish
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 4 cups spinach leaves
  • 3 cups (tea) of cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Book.
  2. Season the fish with salt.
  3. In a pan, heat the butter over medium heat and brown the fish cubes on all sides.
  4. Add the chives and spinach and brown them, without stirring much, for 5 minutes or until wilted.
  5. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix.
  6. Pour it over the hot pasta, sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
