In fact, it is possible to use some industrialized products from time to time, without this interfering with one’s goals of weight loss, increase in muscle mass or improvement of health. However, you need to be careful with these food traps.

According to nutritionist Aline Huguenin, some foods should be ignored in the supermarket because they contain a lot of sugar, fat, salt and additives, without any nutritional value. Therefore, you have separated a list of the main food traps that we can find. Watch:

1 – Canned fruit juices

It is important to be aware that canned juices are not necessarily natural. They can have preservatives, dyes and sugar in high concentrations. Even more than some drinks. Therefore, according to the nutritionist, the ideal is to replace them with natural drinks.

Just like any other diet product, it’s not necessarily healthier or less caloric. “Suitable for diabetics and not for those looking to lose weight or follow a healthy diet, as it contains a greater amount of fat”, concludes the nutritionist.
