Rain cake filled with guava paste

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • 1/2 cup oil (tea).
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons grated semi-hard cheese
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 1/2 cup (tea) creamy guava paste
  • Frying oil
  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon to coat

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the milk, oil, eggs, sugar, cheese and flour in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and mix the yeast with a spoon.
  3. Sprinkle the creamy guava paste over the dough (1 teaspoon and use 2 to shape the cupcake).
  4. Carefully pour into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
